Josie is home. She arrived this morning with Abner, our current 'black-man'. Heh. They were visiting relatives in Vitória.
I went out running today. Well, sort of. I psyched up myself for running all morning, worried that I ate too much for lunch, and then I would get a cramp, the works.
We leave the gate, ('We' being me and Gabi) and haven't been walking for more than 7 minutes when it starts to sprinkle. (We live at the bottom of a hill, so we generally walk up the hill to find a flat place to start jogging. Starting your jog uphill is a killer. Am speaking from personal experience)
So we dash back home, running as fast as we can, since she had clothes on the line.
We get home, but the rain lets up only a little. But by then it is too late to go back out and keep running.
So that was the first run of the year. Pitiful I know. Will try again tomorrow. *grin*
